Your orders are created on-demand and will ship in 7–10 business days, Thank you for your grace with my small business + our suppliers during this bustling time of the year.
During non-peak holiday seasons, production on most items is 5 business days + shipping. We ship limited editions, painted prints and originals directly from the studio once a week.

CAN I PICK UP AT YOUR STUDIO IN ATLANTA?
No, sorry! All of my print orders are produced and shipped from my amazing fine art printing partner in North Carolina. Due to the many size and style options I offer, I don't keep inventory at the studio.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unless your order has already gone into production you can cancel it. Typically orders go into production the next business day, but sometimes same-day depending on the order time. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order by texting 470-682-4673 or emailing [email protected].
DO YOU HAVE A RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
I want you to LOVE your artwork! We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. We may request photos of the damage or to have the order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. For a refund or replacement, please contact by texting 470-682-4673 or emailing [email protected].
GLOSSARY OF PRINT TYPES OPEN EDITION PRINTS:
Open edition prints are reproduced an infinite number of times in a wide variety of sizes and materials. They also have digital signatures printed onto them, versus being hand-signed by Rachel Ann.
A print is a high-quality reproduction of an original photograph and then printing them onto museum-quality, archival papers and other materials.
LIMITED EDITION PRINTS: Limited editions are uniquely hand-signed and numbered personally by Rachel Ann. Many also offer the exclusive opportunity for personalization like a dedication or favorite quote.
Edition quantities vary by print, and sometimes are in an unlimited quantity (RBG), in which case they are considered Hand-Personalized Editions or Special Editions. These are only available at our Gallery sales and art festivals.
COMMISSIONS: These are completely custom, original pieces of artwork that often have a very personal meaning, connection or subject matter for the commissioner.
